Final details are required no later than the Monday of the week prior to the week in which your event is being held.

Payment can be made by cash, credit card, BACS or cheque (made payable to ITFC). All conference events are invoiced following the event. This will encompass all the items pre-booked in addition to any booked during the event.

We are more than happy to cater for specific dietary requirements and due to the number of requests for vegetarian and celiac meals we have included appropriate dishes within our wide range of menus. Should the allergy be different to that mentioned above, please feel free to contact our co-ordinators who will be more than happy to help.

No, We do not require an attendee list as all clients will be met either at our main gates or an alternative manned entrance.

Yes a complimentary cloakroom will be available. Items are left at the owner's own risk

Parking is available on site, however should this car park reach its capacity, parking will be available in the pay and display car parks situated on Portman Road.
